You work directly with motivated adult students who are studying various higher vocational education programs in different locations across Sweden.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about transferring knowledge to others and who thrives in an educational role. You are unpretentious as a person but dare to stand your ground where necessary. You enjoy being in social settings and guiding both groups and individuals, bringing out the best in both.

You do not need to have taught before but must love conveying knowledge and be passionate about educating future industry colleagues!

We are looking for someone who wants to educate tomorrow's solar energy technicians remotely in project management and planning from the end of the fall semester of 2025 into the spring semester of 2026. Teaching will be done remotely for about 8 hours a week. The course lasts twelve weeks.

This course is about the theory of planning and managing projects and installations. The course covers topics such as needs analysis, investment calculations, calculations and dimensioning of facilities, as well as the construction process and how to set up a project from the first customer meeting to documentation. The course also trains the students' practical skills in carrying out all parts of the planning process, including producing calculations, making estimates, ordering the right products, and designing sustainable solar energy solutions.

Instructor Introduction

All our educators undergo an instructor introduction before the course starts, where we go through what is expected of you as an educator. We also help you plan your first course and your course materials. We provide tips, advice, and support along the way.

Ackebrink has been around for over 20 years and in 2013 and 2014 we were named a Gazelle company. Today, we deliver up to 300 courses per year, and our clients are located from Luleå in the north to Malmö in the south. We provide educational consultants in everything from project management and economics to blasting technology, water technology, and mathematics, among many others.
