We are now looking for nursing assistants for our evening team, which includes weekend work in Ekerö. Here we have 45 employees, a unit manager, and a deputy unit manager who do their best for our customers every day. Our office is well-connected, close to Ekerö center. The positions are 2 evening positions of at least 75% or as agreed, with work every other weekend included, permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period.

We work in smaller geographical teams to increase continuity, quality, and provide a good work environment. We are looking for someone who is proactive and wants to grow with us.

Job Responsibilities:

You will visit our customers and provide support in their daily lives. Your tasks include helping with:

• personal care and hygiene
• cleaning
• shopping
• laundry
• meals
• walks
• relief/escorting

Your responsibilities also include documenting according to legal requirements.

Qualifications and Attributes:

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant and has at least a couple of years of experience in elderly care, preferably from home care. You need to be able to document according to current legal requirements and have good knowledge of Swedish.

You who apply are passionate about providing good service to your customers, and one of your strengths is being able to see their individual needs. You enjoy working both independently and in a team and are eager to take your own initiatives.

A driver's license is a requirement.
