A successful car company is currently seeking 2 skilled automotive technicians for repair, service, and maintenance of motor vehicles before advertising and sales.

We are not looking for recent graduates with only a few years of experience who can only handle standard mechanic jobs.

We need automotive technicians who can handle most systems beyond service and replacement of wear parts, such as troubleshooting with OBD readers, timing belt replacements, timing chain replacements, welding, replacement of control units, engines, less complex electrical work, gearboxes, clutches, flywheels, engine rebuilding, cooling systems, AC, and so on.

The more you know, the better, but the minimum requirement is to be able to perform standard jobs plus timing belts, welding, clutch replacement, OBD tools, troubleshooting, and complete inspections before checks. This is the minimum.

If you can't even do this, we are not interested as we regularly receive applications from unqualified job seekers.

It is important to be able to work systematically with the respective departments at our facility, have stress tolerance, work quickly, and meet all deadlines.

Keep in mind that this is not a typical workshop job where you earn money by taking your time; here it is important to deliver cars on time, meet deadlines, and work in sync with detailing, sales, and parts personnel. This is contrary to how a regular workshop operates; here you need to be fast, plan your work, and have high stress tolerance.

We offer a well-paid and permanent position for those who can meet our requirements. However, we require a 1-month trial period with salary where you can show what you are capable of, and thereafter the salary will be negotiated based on your competence. We highly value skilled mechanics, and money is not a barrier for us.
