Salesperson for Erab!

We are looking for a passionate salesperson to join our growing team in Örebro, starting in the first quarter of 2025.

About Erab

Erab is a family-owned company founded in 1963, specializing in industrial chimneys and other work at heights within the construction industry. With around 30 employees and several long-term consultants, we are a leading company in the industry with a strong presence throughout Sweden – and we are now expanding to Norway and Denmark!

About the Role

As a salesperson with us, you will play a crucial role in our continued success. You will engage both new and existing customers, create and follow up on quotes, and build long-lasting and strong relationships. You will work closely with our CEO and project managers to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project management.

Main Responsibilities

  • Focus on sales calls via phone to sell inspections and maintenance work.
  • Writing quotes, structured follow-up of quotes, and order placement.
  • Maintain and update customer records.
  • Meet with customers to present our services and build and maintain long-term relationships. Traveling for work will occur.
  • Marketing campaigns.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a driven and experienced person with a background in the construction or industrial sector, who has demonstrated good results in customer engagement and relationship building.

Your ability to build trust, present, and collaborate with customers and colleagues is crucial for success in this role. Likewise, persistence and the ability to handle many calls and follow-ups are important. You should be self-driven and proactive, while also being resilient to handle challenges and communicate directly. The ability to listen and adapt to different situations is also essential.

As travel to customers will occur periodically, you should be flexible about being away a few nights each month.

The requirements we have for applicants are:

  • Experience in the construction/industrial sector.
  • Experience in customer engagement and relationship building with good sales results.
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form. Knowledge of Norwegian or Danish is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license (B).
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience working with CRM systems.
