Do you want to help drive the daily quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety work in our projects? We are now looking for an HSE Coordinator who will be a key person in our project organization – a practical and present resource who works closely with site managers and project leaders, and who supports our HSEQ Manager in turning strategies into reality on site.

Responsibilities

As an HSE Coordinator, you will:

• Follow up and ensure that occupational health and safety, environmental, and quality requirements are met in our projects.
• Provide operational support to site managers and project leaders in daily HSE work.
• Participate in the development and follow-up of occupational health and safety plans and environmental documentation.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and simpler internal audits.
• Contribute to improvement work and report deviations, observations, and suggestions for improvement.
• Collaborate with the HSEQ Manager to implement and follow up the company's HSEQ strategies.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in practical occupational health and safety, environmental, or quality work, preferably in construction, energy, or industry.
• Relevant education in occupational health and safety, environment, quality, or equivalent experience.
• The ability to work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner.
• Good collaborative skills and experience communicating with different professional groups.
• The ability to travel regularly to our projects across the country.

• You are engaged and inspire others to contribute to proactive HSE work.
