Are you BA in Sweden AB's new talent as a property caretaker in Stockholm?

Are you a driven property caretaker with experience in painting and/or carpentry? Are you independent, meticulous, and results-oriented? Do you feel it's time for something new? Then we have a position for you!

Your role: As a property caretaker, you will be responsible for managing our apartments in and around Stockholm in a businesslike and customer-oriented manner. You will carry out some improvements/renovations of our apartments where we have residents. It is required that you are social and can take a few minutes to talk to the resident in the apartment and explain what you are there to do. This can range from painting an apartment or a wall to carrying/assembling furniture. You need to be a jack-of-all-trades and know a little about everything and be handy. If there is nothing planned for you to do or a task is canceled, we want you to be someone who contacts the work distributor and asks for other tasks to do. The position is a full-time role that starts with a 6-month probationary period, and you will be based in Nacka but will work throughout Stockholm. You will work closely with our operations and apartment manager who will provide you with assignments/projects. You are responsible for:

• Moving and cleaning apartments.
• Resolving issues in our apartments.
• Minor to medium-sized renovations.
