BFS Konsult AB is a growing consulting company in the construction and civil engineering sector. We collaborate with several established players in the industry and offer services in project management, construction management, and technical consulting. We place great importance on quality, responsibility, and long-term relationships – both with our clients and our employees.
We are now looking for a committed and structured site manager who wants to become part of our team. As a site manager with us, you will play a central role in planning, leading, and following up on construction projects – from start to completion.
Your main responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and follow up on the daily work at the construction site
- Be responsible for work environment, safety, and quality
- Maintain contact with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
- Participate in construction meetings and report the project's status to the project manager
- Ensure that schedules and budgets are followed
