Semler Premium is part of Semler Group, Denmark's largest automotive group with over 3200 employees and a history spanning more than 100 years. Here, we are an authorized importer and dealer for some of the world's most iconic premium brands - Aston Martin, Lamborghini, McLaren, and Bentley, with facilities in both Malmö and Stockholm.
Do you want to represent one of the world's most iconic sports car brands and create top-class customer experiences? Semler Premium is now looking for a salesperson with a passion for exclusive cars, customer relationships, and world-class sales.
Your Role
As a salesperson with us, you are more than just a seller; you are an ambassador for Lamborghini. You build long-term relationships with our customers, understand their lifestyle and daily life, and guide them through a unique buying journey. The role involves both the sale of new and used cars as well as related services, and you manage the entire flow from the first meeting to delivery.
You will also be part of exclusive activities such as launches, track days, and events, where you represent the brand and create unforgettable experiences. All to strengthen our sales and create long-term customer relationships.
Your main tasks include:
- Sales of new Lamborghini models and used premium cars.
- Building relationships with new and existing customers, both in the showroom and at events.
- Responsible for the entire delivery process, from order to delivery.
- Valuation of trade-in objects.
- Contact with the factory regarding ongoing reporting and administration.
- Actively contribute leads through proactive sales and networking.
- Plan and execute exclusive events together with the marketing team.
The position is based at our beautiful facility in Järfälla, and you report to our Head of Sales. Travel to various events and customer activities is expected.
Who are you?
We are looking for a results-driven salesperson who is passionate about creating top-class customer experiences. Your background may be from the automotive industry, where you have experience with the entire sales process and want to step into one of the world's most iconic brands. Alternatively, you may come from another premium or luxury industry, where you are used to meeting a demanding clientele, delivering high-level sales, and have a plan on how to learn the craft of selling a car.
Regardless of your path, you have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. You are self-driven, structured, and goal-oriented while having a sense of service and understanding the importance of building long-term relationships. With a professional demeanor and a passion for exclusive brands, you create trust and inspire customers in their buying journey.
We believe you have:
- Documented experience of successful sales within the automotive, premium, or luxury segment.
- A strong drive to meet and exceed goals, focusing on both volume and profitability.
- The ability to combine business acumen with outstanding customer service.
- A structured and self-driven work approach as well as high social competence.
- Fluent Swedish and English in both spoken and written form.
- A valid driver's license (with manual transmission) and a genuine interest in exclusive brands.
