About the role
We are now looking for a review coordinator/project engineer as a consultant via Future People for an assignment with an authority in Kungsholmen. The role involves being responsible for and supporting the sub-portfolio's projects in the work of reviewing documents and, if necessary, relieving project managers and design managers in structuring and driving project work.
You will be part of an engaged team and work closely with both the project organization and external actors. Here you will have the opportunity to contribute your experience in the construction and civil engineering process, CAD/information models, and project management in one of Stockholm's most significant urban development projects.
Mandatory requirements:
- At least a higher vocational education in technology, construction, or infrastructure, or a high school diploma + at least 6 years of experience from work in the industry.
- At least 4 years of documented experience working in a project organization in a multidisciplinary project with multiple interfaces with other stakeholders and a project budget >50 million SEK.
- At least 4 years of documented experience as a project member having an active role in the design and construction process within similar activities (public transport, infrastructure, construction, etc.).
- At least 1 year of experience using Navisworks or equivalent software, CAD files, and information models for review or information gathering.
- At least 1 year of experience administering web-based project areas and storage services, e.g., SharePoint or Webforum.
Value-added requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a consultant or employee working within a public authority/administration.
- At least 2 years of experience in document coordination, project administration, and/or review coordination.
- At least 1 year of experience using Bluebeam as a tool for reviewing documents.
