About the position

We are currently looking for a designer on behalf of Bravida Fire & Security who is passionate about combining technology, structure, and practical reality. In this role, you will be the hub between technology, project management, and the customer. You will plan, draw, and calculate how fire and security systems should be installed to meet high technical and regulatory requirements. It is a mix of office work and being out on projects where you will follow your solutions all the way from sketch to finished installation. The position is based in Stockholm and is suitable for you who want a job where technical expertise meets real solutions and where your contribution is directly crucial for operational reliability and function.

This is a direct recruitment, which means that the recruitment process goes through us at Wrknest but you will be employed directly by the client.

Your future tasks 

The role combines planning, drawing work, and technical dialogue where you ensure that the projects maintain both quality and function. You will also assist the sales organization with documentation in early stages and follow up on changes during installation.

Examples of tasks:

• Prepare work documents and installation materials for intrusion alarms and security systems
• Create and update drawings, connection diagrams, and power calculations
• Engage in technical dialogue with project managers, technicians, and customers
• Ensure compliance with regulations, insurance requirements, and industry standards
• Participate in pre-project planning and adapt solutions to each individual project

We are looking for someone who has

• Experience in the security industry
• Experience in technical documentation and drawing work
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD
• Very good proficiency in the Office suite (Excel, Word)
• Driver's license B

We consider it an advantage to have

• Education in a relevant field
• Familiarity with AB/ABT and construction contract conditions
• Authorized engineer for intrusion alarms or CCTV

As a person, you are structured and engaged with the ability to see the big picture in technical solutions. You like to keep track of details but also adapt when reality changes. Communication is key, and it is more important that you raise a problem in time than to try to solve everything yourself. At Bravida, there is a high ceiling and collaboration is central.
