Responsibilities

As a Bid Manager at PreZero, you will be a central part of the company's business-critical work to win new contracts. You will be responsible for the entire bidding process – from monitoring and analyzing tender documents to leading the work of developing competitive solutions and strategic pricing. The role involves close collaboration with colleagues from operations, purchasing, and sales, where you gather input, brainstorm ideas, and ensure that the bids maintain high quality. The work is varied and independent. Some projects are extensive municipal procurements that take a long time, while others are smaller and more agile. The freedom is great – you drive the processes as a project manager and actively contribute to developing working methods and strategies. Once the bids are submitted, you follow up on the results, analyze evaluation models, and participate in improvement work. In this way, you gain both responsibility, influence, and the opportunity to impact PreZero's continued success.

• Drive the entire bidding process – from analysis to submitted bid
• Coordinate work with internal departments and ensure high quality.
• Develop competitive solutions and conduct bid calculations that form the basis for strategic and profitable pricing
• Follow up on results and contribute to continuous improvements

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Several years of experience in public procurement, preferably with good knowledge of LOU, LOF, and LUK.
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex technical and legal documents
• Experience working in digital procurement systems.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience in a similar role within the waste industry is an advantage

You are used to working with numbers and have good knowledge of calculations, which allows you to build accurate and profitable bid models. You easily review information, see patterns, and draw relevant conclusions – both in numbers and text. You express yourself clearly and professionally, and have a communicative style that makes it easy to build relationships and collaborate with different parts of the organization. As a person, you are self-driven and enjoy taking responsibility for your projects, while also having the ability to prioritize and meet multiple parallel deadlines. Your attention to detail ensures high quality in everything you deliver.
