Team Leader
We are now looking for a Team Leader for a workplace that has been awarded Telenor's top spot in both mobile sales and leadership for the third consecutive year!

Responsibilities
As a Team Leader with us, you will have the honor of owning your business area by leading the team's performance and development. You will work closely with our trainer, who is responsible for onboarding new employees, as well as the quality department, which supports you in ensuring high call quality. Your main responsibilities include:
- Result Responsibility & Goal Management Distribute individual expectations and ensure that the team meets set sales targets and KPIs every month.
- Daily Follow-up & Reporting Monitor salespeople's performance daily and compile weekly and monthly reports.
- Continuous Development & Coaching Although a trainer is responsible for onboarding new salespeople, you as a Team Leader are responsible for continuously training and developing employees through feedback, 1-on-1 meetings, coaching, and analysis of call material.
- Morning Meetings Lead daily startup meetings focusing on sales techniques, motivation, and results-driven.
- Cultural Building & Team Spirit Actively contribute to a positive sales culture by creating engagement, well-being, and team spirit through sales competitions and joint activities.
- Content Management & Knowledge Sharing Update the intranet with relevant resources such as scripts, audio files, and objection handling.
