We offer a flexible part-time job as needed (extra/on-call) for those with serving experience looking for a varied role where you can manage your own time.

The work takes place with various clients in Malmö and surrounding areas, and the assignments can vary – everything from large banquet dinners and corporate events to intimate à la carte serving at smaller restaurants and pubs.

Your main tasks may include:

• Serving at tables, buffets, or events
• Responsibility for your own station
• Preparation before and after service
• Guest interaction and recommendations for food/drink
• Collaboration with the kitchen and other staff

You will become part of our team of skilled serving professionals who step in where needed – you choose which shifts you want to take, making the job perfect for those who want flexibility and variety in their workday.

We are looking for someone with a professional demeanor, who is self-sufficient in serving and accustomed to working with the guest in focus – regardless of the type of event or restaurant environment.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of serving experience (or education from a restaurant school)
• Comfortable taking responsibility for your own station
• Fluent in Swedish and English in both speech and writing
• Used to working in different teams and adapting quickly
• Positive, outgoing, and solution-oriented
• Driver's license (B) is a plus, but not required
