About the position

We are now looking for a goal-oriented and business-driven SDR on behalf of Projektportalen who wants to take the first step in their sales career. You will be part of a tight-knit team where there is a lot of room for ideas, a strong focus on results, and where everyone contributes with energy and commitment. The role suits you who want to combine quality in customer contact with a high activity level and who is motivated by seeing clear results from your work quickly.

Here you will be involved in continuing to build the sales team together with your colleagues, with a focus on growth. You will work closely with both marketing and Customer Success, with access to modern tools and clear process support.

Your future tasks 

In the role of SDR, you are responsible for driving qualified meetings to the sales department through a combination of research, outreach, and needs analysis. You will contact potential customers based on a well-defined customer profile and actively work to book meetings.

Examples of tasks:

  • Identify and qualify leads through research, phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Book meetings with potential customers
  • Document work and update information in the CRM system (Creatio)

We are looking for someone who

  • Has experience in customer contact, e.g., retail, support, or B2B sales
  • Thrives in a fast-paced role with personal responsibility
  • Is motivated by competition, goals, and seeing concrete results
  • Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

We consider it a merit if you have

  • Experience in electrical, ventilation, plumbing, roofing, or similar.

You have a strong personal drive and the ability to take responsibility for your results. You do not need to know everything from the start, but you must want to truly understand the customer's everyday life. For you, it is natural to chase quick rewards but also to build long-term relationships. You thrive in teams and enjoy a bit of competition in the air.

Start: By agreement

Location: Odenplan, Stockholm.

Scope: Full-time

Employment form: Permanent with a 6-month probationary period
