We are now looking for a Junior Recruitment & Sales Coordinator to join our team at Impressive Relations!
This is the role for you who want to develop within both Recruitment and Sales, in a fast-paced environment where you can combine sales administration, structure, and contact with potential candidates.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Junior Recruitment & Sales Coordinator, you will work broadly and develop in two areas:
Recruitment: coordinate and schedule interviews, have initial contact with candidates, and help build a candidate database.
Sales Coordination: Support the sales teams with booking appointments, follow-ups, and assistance – where you are often the one making the first contact.
Coordination: Keep many balls in the air, drive processes forward, and create structure in both recruitment and sales flows.

Structured and used to juggling many tasks at once.
A people person who easily builds trust in conversations.
Unafraid to make the first contact – both with candidates and clients.
Social, unpretentious, and curious to develop.
Meticulous and responsible, yet flexible when needed.
Previous experience in administration, service, or sales is a plus – but your personality and attitude are the most important.
