Are you a driven leader with experience in B2B sales? Do you want to take the next step in your career and help shape a new approach to appointment booking and sales? We are now looking for a Team Manager who wants to combine operational work with leadership in our newly organized sales team.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to build, lead, and develop a high-performing team consisting of both SDRs (Sales Development Representatives) and Account Managers. You will play a central role in driving sales forward while establishing structures and routines for a new, modern organization.
Your responsibilitiesLead a team of 10-12 people in appointment booking and follow-up
Have personnel and results responsibility, including development conversations and goal follow-ups
Ensure that the team meets set KPIs
Participate operationally in daily sales work and customer dialogues
Plan onboarding, training, and skills development for the team
Be responsible for staffing, scheduling, and operations
Set up campaigns, tools, and processes that support the team's work
Has experience in B2B sales, preferably in appointment booking
Is interested in leadership and enjoys coaching others
Has previous experience leading teams (meritorious but not a requirement)
Is structured, solution-oriented, and goal-oriented
Has a strong drive and desire to develop – both individually and together with the team
Fixed salary by agreement + attractive performance-based bonuses
