We have the sharpest specialized expertise in radio communication in the market, and we are now looking for a competent and dedicated person for the role of technical support for our radio communication business.

About the Job

You will provide support on radio technical issues via phone, email, and our physical store. You will be part of our team at Limmared Radio where customer satisfaction, collaboration, and problem-solving are our main guiding principles.

This role will suit you if you want to combine your technical knowledge with service and radio communication.

As a person, you are service-oriented, organized, communicative, have a strong sense of responsibility, and a desire to develop in your work. It is also important that you are attentive to customers' wishes as it is the level of service and engagement that we prioritize.

The position includes phone support for about 50% of the time, providing support to public organizations/companies and private individuals building large and small radio networks, and workshop/store/warehouse for about 50% of the time where your tasks mainly involve responding to customer inquiries, handling complaints, warranty issues, deviations, and returns, etc.

Your Competence:

• Work experience in radio/technology (also electrical)
• Communicative - positive and skilled at explaining technical products in a simple way.
• Service-oriented - you want to help our customers and build trust.
• Self-driven - you are motivated and want to develop in your role.
• Understanding how circuit boards and components work, as well as being solution-oriented and curious about proposing solutions.
• Work in line with the company's values regarding safety and integrity.
• Fluent in Swedish and English as phone support is a daily task in the role.
