We are now looking for a dedicated shift leader who wants to become a key person in the management of a client in Malmö – a company with good prospects for the future and a focus on quality and efficiency.
About the role As a shift leader, you will be responsible for leading, organizing, and driving the daily production. You serve as an important contact point between management and employees on the floor, ensuring that work is carried out according to set goals and routines. The role includes both operational leadership and personnel development – you coach, follow up, and engage the team to create a safe, secure, and efficient work environment.
Working hours for this position are two shifts or permanent night shifts.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience in leadership within the manufacturing industry
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Forklift license A1–A4 and B1–B4
- Driver's license B and access to a car
It is an advantage if you also have:
- Education in leadership or personnel responsibility
- Previous experience in the plastics industry
