About the position:

As a machine setter at our client, you will play a central role in ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently. Your main tasks will include setting and adjusting production machines, monitoring machine performance, quality control, and quickly addressing any operational disruptions. You will work closely with both the production team and technical management in an environment where high pace, quality, and safety are prioritized.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and adjust production machines for optimal operation.
• Monitor machine performance and ensure high quality in production.
• Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on the machines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational disruptions together with the production team.
• Document settings, maintenance, and deviations according to procedures.
• Collaborate closely with the production team and technical management to optimize production processes.

Qualifications:

• Experience in machine setting and production within industry or manufacturing.
• Good technical understanding and ability to read drawings, manuals, and production specifications.
• Self-driven and structured with strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience in preventive maintenance and minor repairs is a plus.
• Good collaboration skills and experience working closely with production teams and technical management.
• Focus on quality, safety, and efficient production.

Working hours: Shift + Daytime

Scope: Full-time

Salary: According to collective agreement

Start: Immediately, considering any notice period
