About the assignment

As a mobile chef at Bemannia, you will work in large kitchens for our clients primarily within school catering and the justice system. You will replace regular staff as needed and be booked at short notice. The duration of the assignments varies from single days to longer periods. You choose which days of the week you want to work, and we match you with assignments that fit your availability and qualifications.

Your tasks

You will replace regular staff, and your main tasks will involve working in large kitchens within school catering and the justice system according to their needs. The work includes;

• Cooking
• Maintenance of equipment
• Upholding hygiene standards

Your qualifications

• Clean extract from the criminal record
• Culinary education
• Experience working in large kitchens/restaurant kitchens
• Proficiency in the Swedish language, both spoken and written
