Do you want to lead a logistics team in a company where development, responsibility, and job satisfaction are in focus? We are now looking for a structured and committed Logistics Supervisor in Construction who wants to be a key person in our daily operations.

As a supervisor with us, you will have the opportunity to combine operational work with personnel responsibility. You play a central role in ensuring that the logistics flow operates smoothly and efficiently on a larger commercial project in Stockholm. 

Lead and distribute the daily work within the logistics department

Ensure that deliveries are made on time and with high quality

Introduce, coach, and develop team members

Optimize storage areas and logistics flows, APD Plans

Coordinate construction meetings and logistics meetings

Follow up on key performance indicators and report to the project manager

Collaborate with other departments, e.g., purchasing, production, and transport

Experience in leadership, preferably within construction/logistics

Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Good computer skills, preferably experience with business systems and planning systems

Structured, communicative, and solution-oriented
