As a working foreman, you will combine practical work with leadership, supporting our production manager and working closely with the staff in property services. You will be a key person in ensuring high quality, efficient processes, and good customer relationships.

Main responsibilities:

• Participate in the daily maintenance of properties, such as snow removal, landscaping work, and repairs.

• Lead and plan the workgroup based on incoming work orders, fault reports, and projects.

• Maintain and develop relationships with customers, subcontractors, and other departments.

• Calculate and provide documentation for bids to the production manager.

• Introduce and supervise seasonal and extra staff, ensuring quality of work performed.

• Plan and follow up on work orders to ensure that work is completed according to set goals.

• Be responsible for the service and maintenance of machines, tools, and other equipment within the work area.

• Support the production manager in achieving the company's goals for quality, efficiency, and communication.

Qualifications:

We are looking for a service-oriented and independent person with a good ability to plan and prioritize tasks. You have experience in leadership and a desire to contribute to the success of the team and the company. We also see that you have:

• Competence in machine service and preventive maintenance.

• At least 3–5 years of experience in a similar industry.

• At least a high school education or equivalent vocational training.

• Driver's license B (manual transmission).

• Very good oral and written skills in Swedish.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365.

Desirable knowledge:

• Certificates for chainsaw, aerial lift, and hot work.

• Experience with SBA (Systematic Fire Protection Work).

• Knowledge of plant care and pruning, as well as gardening skills.

• Knowledge and experience in property management.

• Multilingualism.
