About the role As a security guard at Securus, you will work both independently and in teams to contribute to a safe and controlled environment. You are an important part of an engaged work team, where your presence is crucial to maintaining safety and order. 

The shifts are usually 12 hours long, but working hours may vary depending on the assignment.

We are looking for both full-time security guards and on-call staff who want to work extra as needed.

We are looking for someone who

• has completed security guard training and feels confident in the role

• is engaged, loyal, and self-assured

• has good physical fitness – some assignments may involve physical strain

• is fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written – documentation and communication are important parts of the job

• thrives in an organization where camaraderie and collaboration are a natural part of the culture

• has a driver's license (preferable, but not required)
