About the Role

As a group leader at Securitas, you will help create strong teams, where your commitment and ability to lead with care and clarity make a real difference – both for your colleagues and our customers. You have a coordinating function and are simply the link that connects the customer's contact persons with your own management and the colleagues around you.

We are currently looking for a group leader for our office in Visby. Fundamentally, you work as a guard, but your task is also to ensure that your team has the right conditions to carry out the daily work in the best possible way.

In the role, you will among other things:

• Lead and plan the daily work for our stationary and patrolling assignments in a structured and inclusive manner
• Be involved in staffing optimization
• Be the local link between the customer and colleagues and ensure the right response based on the assignment
• Ensure that our policies are followed and that we collectively maintain high quality in our work
• Training to become a security guard is included in the position
• Weapon training is included in the position

Requirements

• You are an educated guard at least VU2
• You are trained as a security guard
• Have professional experience from the security industry
• Experience in leadership
• Good knowledge of the geographical work area that the position covers
• Have good knowledge of Swedish
• B driver's license

Preferred if you

• have worked with similar tasks before
• have a civil or military security guard training
• have weapon training for the security industry
• Experience from our support systems (e.g., Tools, GSP)

To investigate and assess whether you meet the requirements to be approved according to each regulation, a background check will be conducted. The assessment concerns compliance with the law, suitability, reliability, loyalty, and any vulnerabilities. Information obtained may, for example, come from you, open sources, or authorities. We apply a comprehensive assessment when evaluating suitability for each position.

Salary and employment conditions are based on the collective agreement between the employer organization Security Companies and the Swedish Transport Workers' Union.
