Qualifications for Body Technician – Repair Shop, Falkenberg

• Vocational training or several years of documented experience as a car body repairer, automotive sheet metal worker, or body technician is required.
• Experience working with both steel and aluminum is considered an advantage.
• Good ability to read and interpret work orders and follow manufacturer guidelines and safety procedures.
• A valid driver's license (B) is required.
• Experience in a repair shop or similar environment is desirable.
• Good knowledge of Swedish; English is an advantage.
• Familiarity with digital documentation is a plus.
• Meticulous, quality-conscious, and solution-oriented.
• Good collaborative skills and enjoys both independent and team-oriented work.

Responsibilities and Duties for Body Technician at Werksta Falkenberg

• Perform body repairs and replacements of sheet metal and aluminum parts on passenger cars and commercial vehicles.
• Assess damages, perform alignments, and carry out welding and bonding tasks.
• Collaborate with inspectors, painters, and other technicians to ensure an efficient workflow and high customer satisfaction.
• Follow the workshop's processes and routines and ensure documentation of completed work.
• Contribute to the team's work environment and development through knowledge sharing and improvement work.
• Professionally and service-oriented interaction with both customers and colleagues.
