About the role & team

In our Quality & Coordination team, we are a dedicated group passionate about technology, administration, quality, and smart solutions for solar energy. We have a helpful and unpretentious culture where we learn from each other, collaborate closely, and enjoy diving into everything from technical details to process improvements. You will report to our Team Manager Sanna for Quality & Coordination and become part of a team that is currently focused on scaling up and improving our processes to drive even more successful solar energy projects. Your responsibilities:

As an intern with us, your main focus is to learn – about solar energy, technical systems, quality assurance, and project processes. During your internship, you will gradually take on tasks such as:

• Creating packing lists and ensuring that the right materials accompany each project
• Making string layouts
• Working with technical documentation and quality assurance to ensure high standards in projects
• Preparing and structuring final documentation for handover to customers and installation teams

Are we a match?

We are looking for you who…

• Is studying a technical education, preferably with a focus on electricity, energy, renewable technology, or similar
• Has an interest in solar energy, electrical design, and sustainable solutions
• Is structured, meticulous, and enjoys problem-solving
• Communicates clearly and thrives in collaboration with others
• Has basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., PV*Sol, AutoCAD, or similar)
• Has good computer skills and an understanding of technical systems
• Is curious, self-driven, and eager to learn a lot in a short time
• Can undertake an internship of at least 6 weeks

It is an advantage if you

• Have experience with technical documentation
• Have worked with process improvements before
• Have an understanding of the construction or installation industry
