On May 11, 2025, Kiruna welcomed a new gem. We opened the doors to Elite Hotel Frost – a place where the midnight sun meets the northern lights, where people gather over good food, relaxation, and inspiring meetings. Everything is under one roof: restaurant, gastropub, sky bar, spa, and conference.

Our ambition is simple yet grand: we want to create a meeting place that radiates warmth, quality, and care. To succeed, we now need to strengthen our team with a Booking Agent at 75%.

In this role, you will be the spider in the web – ensuring that bookings flow smoothly through the hotel, that the details are in place, and that our guests feel welcome from the very first contact. You will work closely with guests, agents, and colleagues and manage bookings in several systems: PMS, Sales & Catering, the restaurant's booking system, and the spa's booking system.

You will report to Agnes Rasmusson, In House Sales Manager, and become an important part of an engaged team that is passionate about service and collaboration.

We are looking for someone who is structured, meticulous, and enjoys a role where many threads come together. Experience in booking, hotels, or restaurants is a plus – but the most important thing is that you have the right attitude and want to be part of our journey.
