AR Infra is a newly established company with roots in the railway sector that is stepping into the construction industry. Currently, an organization is being built, and the ultimate goal for AR Infra is to become one of the major names in the industry.

The Role

As a site manager at AR Infra, you will have overall responsibility for building a profitable business together with your immediate supervisors. You will play a key role with a lot of freedom and will ensure that the work in the field progresses, that the right resources are hired and utilized effectively, and you will have a significant role in building a network with customers. You will build your team, motivate them, and be responsible for ensuring that the work is carried out with the highest quality and according to the existing standards/regulations.

This is an opportunity for you with experience in the earthworks and construction industry to create your own team, working methods, and be part of a business that constantly wants to develop.

Personal Attributes

To succeed in this role, it is important that you have prior experience in the earthworks and construction industry, preferably from a leadership position. In addition, you have a good sense of service and communicate clearly. You are outgoing, easily take your own initiatives, and work proactively to complete your tasks. You have drive and find the challenge presented to you exciting and want to build something great.

Requirements

· Good knowledge of MS Office

· Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English

· Driver's license B

· At least 3 years of experience in earthworks and/or construction

Meritorious

· Previous leadership role

· Previous work with KMA

· Experience in construction law, primarily AB04 & ABT06

Scope: Permanent employment. A 6-month probationary period applies.

Workplace: Bromma. Some work can be done from home, but we prefer that the majority of the time is spent in the office.
