We are now looking for two engaged and solution-oriented team leaders for our operations in Sälen. Together with SkiStar, we are driving an exciting initiative where we are responsible for the cleaning services in mountain cabins, mountain hotels, and other facilities within their resorts. This is an opportunity for you who want to take on significant responsibility, contribute to a positive experience for guests, and help build strong teams in an environment that never stands still. What you will work with:

• Scheduling and filling in for staff
• Quality controls
• Support, motivate, and coach employees
• Carry out scheduled cleaning tasks according to quality standards
• Ensure that all areas are clean, fresh, and inviting
• Order and deliver materials
• Contribute to a safe and secure work environment – for both colleagues and guests

• Experience in professional cleaning or other service work
• Good service sense and ability to meet different people
• Attention to detail, structure, and a strong sense of quality
• Flexibility and stress resilience – you thrive when the pace is high
• Ability to follow instructions and quickly switch between tasks

About the position

The position is a permanent full-time employment with an initial probationary period. Start date is according to agreement. The position is based on-site in Sälen.
