About the Role

We at DFDS Professionals are now looking for a Team Leader for our own warehouse in Borås. Here you will have the opportunity to work closely with the operations, lead engaged employees, and contribute to an efficient and well-organized logistics solution.

As a team leader in warehousing and logistics, you will have a central role and be responsible for:

• Leading, motivating, and developing the team members.

• Ensuring a good working environment and high satisfaction.

• Planning and optimizing workflows.

• Driving improvement initiatives and implementing new solutions.

• Ensuring structure and order in the warehouse.

• Ensuring that processes and systems are used in the best way.

• Maintaining close communication with other departments for efficient flows.

• Communicating changes and goals in a clear and inspiring manner.

About You

We are looking for someone who is a confident and clear leader with a good ability to create structure and engagement. You thrive in an environment where a lot is happening and where you can take responsibility.

We would like you to have:

• Experience in leadership within warehousing and logistics.

• Good problem-solving skills and a strategic approach.

• Forklift license and experience operating a forklift as needed.

• The ability to work in a changing and rapidly growing organization.

• Previous experience working with temporary staff is an advantage.

Mobile Consultant:

You are employed by us at DFDS Professionals but work at our clients' sites. Being a mobile consultant means you are employed by us at DFDS Professionals to perform work at client companies, and your workplace, working hours, and tasks may vary within an agreed service area. Selection is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

We of course have a collective agreement. We care about your health and offer, among other things, wellness grants, discounts on gym memberships, etc. To ensure your security, you are also covered by insurance and occupational health services.
