The residence has 99 pleasant and bright apartments distributed over ten departments with large balconies and nice common areas for socializing. Care is created in the way that suits the customers. As a nursing assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for our customers. You are responsible for providing good care and support to our customers. Creating a positive and social atmosphere during meals is a big part of your role, as well as being able to contribute with various activities that brighten the daily life of our elderly.

Job Description

We are looking for a nursing assistant for our somatic department. It is an advantage if you have experience in care work in elderly care. The position is scheduled for evenings, weekends, and days, with an employment rate of 80%.

Qualifications

• Nursing assistant education of at least 1350 points.
• Professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare or a certificate from current/former employer regarding permanent employment as a nursing assistant.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written)
• Good computer skills/computer familiarity

You enjoy providing good service, building great relationships, and want to enhance the quality of life for our customers. You are an independent, humble, and responsible person who is passionate about elderly care and can see the individual needs. Having a leadership role is stimulating, and you enjoy mentoring your colleagues in health and medical care issues.

About the recruitment process
