We are looking for someone who wants to work in a varied role as a Connection Technician, where you are an important link in the entire connection work for the company’s customers. You will have ongoing customer contact to deliver good service and an efficient connection process. The company is a large energy company focusing on future energy solutions. Within the connection department, 35 colleagues work together to manage new connections to the power grid. Their customers include both private individuals and businesses. In a team of ten colleagues, you will work together to develop exciting ideas and initiatives.

As a connection technician, you will be responsible for receiving pre-applications for connection to the power grid. You will carefully review the customer’s wishes and needs, map the case in the mapping system, and perform calculations. Throughout the connection process, you are a crucial link to ensure an efficient and smooth connection experience. By communicating with external parties such as installers, electricians, and construction contractors, you coordinate the connection to take place in the best way. The position is an office job located in Malmö.

• Receive pre-applications from individuals and businesses
• Map in the mapping system and perform calculations
• Deliver good service and clear communication

• Have experience in the energy sector, preferably in roles such as installer, electrician, preparer, or similar
• Have experience with meter changes and a strong interest in how the electrical system is structured
• Have good knowledge of both Swedish and English as both languages are used in internal and external contact areas

It is not necessary, but advantageous if you have:

· Education in electrical power or energy

This is a consulting assignment, which means that you will initially be employed by Friday. The ambition from both the client and us is for you to be directly employed by the client.
