About the role

As a Service Technician with us, you will be an important part of our service team. The work is varied, and you have great freedom to plan and carry out your work – but also the security of a close-knit team that always supports each other.

Your tasks will include:

• Service, installation, and repair of compressors and related products at customer sites (B driver's license required).
• Using an iPad as a work tool to manage and report your work in our case management system.
• Occasionally performing physical tasks such as lifting or moving products during installation.
• Communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues to ensure high quality in our assignments.
• You and your service van are part of our outward face, so maintaining good order, cleanliness, and tidiness is part of the job.

A typical workday might start with a scheduled service job in the local area and end with an urgent assignment for a customer needing quick assistance to keep production running.

About you

We are looking for someone who is solution-oriented, responsible, and enjoys combining technology with customer contact. You easily collaborate but also enjoy working independently. A good sense of humor, orderliness, and a positive attitude are appreciated in our team!

Requirements:

• B driver's license.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, spoken and written.
• Technical understanding and practical experience.
• Basic English.

Meritorious:

• Experience in technical service, preferably in compressed air.
• Experience working at heights, e.g., pipe installations with a lift.
