We are looking for a driven Logistics Coordinator for a consulting assignment in Eskilstuna. In this role, you will have the opportunity to take responsibility for the entire order chain, build relationships with resellers, and contribute to the development and streamlining of processes.

About the role As a Logistics Coordinator, you are a key person in the order process and ensure that customers and resellers receive the right support. You work closely with the Pricing & Order Management team and contribute to digitalization, automation, and smarter ways of working. You will become a trusted partner across markets and a part of an engaged team in Eskilstuna.

Your responsibilities

• Contact person for resellers and customers with a focus on order management
• Support and training in SAP-based order interfaces
• Control of legal and administrative documents
• Administration of discounts and price adjustments
• Quality assurance of documentation and approval flows
• Overview of machine orders and handling of deviations
• Driving process improvements

Your profile

• Understanding of order management, preferably SAP
• Experience in customer and partner collaboration
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented
• Used to prioritizing under time pressure
• Knowledge of Power BI is a plus
• Communicative in English, additional languages are a plus
