About the role

As a care assistant/home care aide within home care, you will work closely with our clients and assist them in their daily lives. Your main tasks will include personal care, support with daily routines, light household chores, medication management, and transfers. You will meet several of our clients in their home environment where they have various needs for assistance.

Do you have experience in elderly care and are you a trained care assistant with a protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare or a trained home care aide? Are you passionate about providing high-quality care, working with people, and do you have a team spirit? Then you are the right person for us!

Qualifications

• Trained Care Assistant with a protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare or documented home care aide training
• Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Ability to cycle is a requirement
• Experience in elderly care

Meritorious

• Having a B driver's license is a merit

Employment form

Permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period (Evenings with every other weekend).
