Zymego Up to 15% of all healthcare visits go unused due to late cancellations. At the same time, waiting lists are growing, and the administrative burden on healthcare staff is increasing.
We have developed a solution that automatically fills late cancellations. With our solution, patients can get an earlier appointment and manage their bookings themselves, which means fewer empty slots, relief for healthcare staff, and shorter waiting times for patients. So far, we have shortened waiting times for patients by 1,700 years.
Zymego is a rapidly growing startup backed by venture capital firms Industrifonden, Spintop, and Icebreaker VC. Your mission with us We are now looking for a Customer Support & QA Specialist – a key person in the team who will support customers in getting the most out of Zymego while also working on regular testing of the product. The role is split between customer support and software testing, providing a unique opportunity to learn how digitalization and innovation in healthcare work in practice. Your main responsibilities:
- Work closely with our customers providing support via email and phone.
- Conduct thorough and regular testing of the product, under the guidance of our Product Manager, for example when new features are released.
- Support our Customer Success Manager in implementation processes and other customer-related tasks.
- Regularly learn about new features in Zymego and new integrations to journal systems, to effectively support customers and test the product.
Who we are looking for We are looking for someone with experience as a physiotherapist and who has worked with bookings in journal systems. You enjoy exploring new digital tools and are familiar with working in various IT systems.
Personal qualities:
- Quick to learn digital solutions and IT systems, both new and old.
- Ability to provide excellent service to customers and patients in all situations.
- Attention to detail in everything you do.
- Ability to absorb and memorize information easily.
- Experience working in a structured manner and closely following processes and routines.
- Very good ability to communicate verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English.
- Motivated by challenges and taking responsibility.
