Temporary Dietitian Needed

One of our three dietitians will be on parental leave, and we are therefore looking for a temporary replacement.

Our clinic is located in a beautiful archipelago municipality with good communication links, and we share the building with Bollmora Health Center, including BVC, Family Center, Tyresö Youth Clinic, and Midwifery Clinic. Our dietitians work closely with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, and midwives. There are great opportunities to work on what you find interesting, whether you have experience or not.

Job Responsibilities

Job responsibilities include, among other things;

  • Preventing, investigating, assessing, treating, and evaluating diet and nutrition-related problems and diseases for individuals
  • Prescribing nutritional support
  • Lecturing in groups/patient education if you wish

The work takes place both at the clinic and in the patient's home.

Qualifications

  • Licensed dietitian, no experience required
  • Driving license B
  • Swedish language skills at level C1

Employment Type

Temporary full-time position, at least 1 year. Part-time can be discussed.

Start date March/April or according to agreement.

For patient-related work within the Stockholm County healthcare area:

  • background checks will be applied before hiring decisions according to current guidelines.
  • employees who will have patient contact must undergo a pre-employment medical examination, according to current directives, which is done through occupational health services before employment.
  • in addition to Swedish professional certification, good knowledge of the Swedish language at level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) is required. The same requirements apply to non-licensed personnel with patient contact.
