We at Attendo are now looking for a nursing assistant to Attendo Lundby Park in Gothenburg.

Attendo Lundby Park is a newly built modern nursing home focused on Sports & Spa and Culture & Leisure. Here, activities and well-being are in focus. The residence has 99 pleasant and bright apartments distributed over ten departments with large balconies and nice common areas for socializing. Care is created in the way that suits the customers. The residence is located close to shops, restaurants, and the tram stops right outside. There is also the possibility of cohabitation.

As a person, you are meticulous and engaged with customers and their relatives. You find it easy to collaborate, have a pedagogical approach, and contribute to a good and pleasant atmosphere in our workplace.

As a nursing assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for our customers. You are responsible for providing good care and support to our customers. Creating a positive and social atmosphere during meals is a large part of your role, as well as being able to contribute with various activities that brighten the everyday life of our elderly.

Your tasks include, among others:

• Personal care according to the organization's routines based on the customer's individual needs and wishes
• If necessary, assist with preparing, cooking, and serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc.
• Perform documentation and work based on decided interventions
• Collaborate with external and internal contacts such as guardians, relatives, residents, nurses, and rehabilitation staff.

Qualifications

• Nursing assistant education of at least 1350 points.
• Professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare or a certificate from current/former employer regarding permanent employment as a nursing assistant.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written)
• Good computer skills/computer familiarity
• Driving license B (depending on segment/service)

Meritorious:

• Experience from care work in elderly care
• Experience of delegation.
