As an SDR with us, you are the crucial first link in our sales process. Your role involves:

Identifying new business opportunities – Finding the right companies and people to contact. Being our first contact outward – Generating interest in our services through proactive communication. Booking meetings – Ensuring that our salespeople meet the right customers and make business decisions. Building relationships – Creating long-term trust from the first conversation. Collaborating closely with the sales team – Optimizing strategies and results together with our salespeople.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who is driven, social, and results-oriented. You thrive in a role where you can create connections and enjoy working towards goals.

Requirements:

Experience in sales, customer contact, or a relevant education. Fluent Swedish in speech and writing, as well as basic English. A strong drive and the desire to develop in sales. Ability to build trust and adapt your communication to different customers.

Meritorious:

Experience in booking meetings, telemarketing, or B2B sales. Previous jobs in retail, customer service, or hospitality where you actively worked with customers. Experience working towards goals and set KPIs.
