About the position

We are now looking for an experienced wheel loader operator for a leading environmental company in Stockholm/Lidingö. The assignment starts immediately, and you will be part of a close-knit team with a strong work ethic and good atmosphere.

You will work with the handling of recycling materials, sorting, and loading with a wheel loader in a business that is at the forefront of the circular economy. Our client is a family-owned company in its third generation that combines experience with innovation – here you will be able to make a real difference.

Responsibilities

• Handling and sorting of recycling materials with a wheel loader
• Loading and unloading of containers and other transport units
• Control of incoming materials – quality, labeling, and storage
• Maintenance and daily supervision of machines
• Contribute to the improvement of work methods and safety routines

Scope & conditions

• Working hours: Daytime, Monday–Friday
• Location: Stockholm/Lidingö
• Start: Immediately
• Other: Collective agreement exists

Who are you?

You are a self-driven and responsible person who enjoys working physically and close to machinery. You have good collaboration skills, are solution-oriented, and have an eye for order and safety. You are not afraid to put in the effort and have a positive attitude towards developing in your role.

Requirements

• Experience working with wheel loaders in industry, recycling, or logistics
• Valid driving license for wheel loaders (C2)
• Familiarity with using a computer as a working tool
• Good Swedish and English in speech and writing

Meritorious (Not a requirement)

• Experience with telescopic forklifts (C7)
• Previous work in the environmental or recycling sector
