Are you a positive and service-minded person who enjoys customer contact and maintaining order? On behalf of our client, we at adacto people are now looking for a service-oriented and detail-oriented order receiver. Here you will be offered a key role where you are the face of the company to its customers and responsible for the administrative handling of services and repairs.

The client company is a professional car workshop with a strong focus on customer service and quality. As an order receiver, you are the first point of contact for customers dropping off and picking up their cars, as well as managing the important administration surrounding work orders and bookings.

• Receive customers during vehicle drop-off and pick-up
• Handle incoming calls and emails from customers
• Book and administer service and repair jobs
• Create and follow up on work orders in the workshop system
• Communicate with mechanics and customers to ensure clear information
• Other administrative tasks such as invoicing and payments.

• Is positive, communicative, and has a natural sense of service
• Has experience from similar customer-facing administrative work, preferably within the automotive industry
• Has good computer skills and can work in various systems (experience with Winassist is a plus)
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
