About us
In Basic Home Care, we usually work on behalf of health centers or family doctor clinics when they are closed - evenings, nights, and weekends. Our teams are based in five geographical locations in Stockholm County. Aleris Basic Home Care is part of Aleris Primary Care, which also includes ASIH, two specialized palliative care departments, Rehab Station, and Uppsala Urgent Care.
The Role
As a nursing assistant, you will be delegated by a nurse, and your tasks include medication administration, insulin, feeding tubes, stomas, inhalation, and basic wound care. We document in the TakeCare journal system and use Epsilon as a working tool to plan shifts. With us, you always have an administrative team to help plan and structure the work. Together, we work to create safe and quality care for our patients.
We operate from the office located at Turebergsvägen 5 in Sollentuna, and the patients are within a defined geographical area.
Our Offer
As an employee at Aleris, you will have access to a range of benefits that support you both in your work life and personal life. We strive to create the best possible conditions for you to thrive and develop. Read more about our benefits here. (https://karriar.aleris.se/pages/formaner-hos-aleris)
