We are now looking for a delivery technician for our facility/workshop in Frösön, where you will play an important role in the delivery of our forestry machines to our customers. We are looking for someone who wants to share their knowledge and work closely with our customers to contribute to their success!

Your new jobAs a delivery technician, you are responsible for reviewing and preparing our forestry machines for delivery to customers. You will go through the machine with the customer, both theoretically and practically, at the time of delivery. This takes place both at our workshops and at the customer's location. The job also includes planning and performing annual optimization of the machines under service agreements. You will also conduct demo drives in collaboration with the salesperson in the area.

You will also work on servicing the machines, which can involve everything from preventive maintenance to repairs and urgent interventions carried out on-site at the customer or at our facility. Together with the rest of the team, you will help create and maintain good relationships with our customers to create value together.

Travel and overnight stays are common in this job.

Who are you?The ideal candidate has extensive experience in operating and handling forestry machines and possesses good pedagogical skills, able to adapt instructions to individual needs. We also see that you are technically interested and have knowledge in areas such as electricity, hydraulics, and mechanics.

As a person, you are collaborative, service-oriented, and flexible. You have a good ability to build trust with both customers and colleagues. Since the position involves a lot of personal responsibility, you are also self-driven and can structure your work effectively.

You also have good computer skills and proficiency in Swedish, as well as preferably English, both spoken and written. A valid driver's license (type B) is required. It is an advantage if you have certification for A/C category V, Hot work, or a BE driver's license.
