Team Leader in Property Management at SkiStar Åre

We are now looking for someone to lead a team of property caretakers within Property Management at SkiStar Åre.

Main Responsibilities

As a team leader, you will be responsible for the daily operations, leading and allocating work within the area. You will have personnel responsibility, including recruitment, time reporting, participation in schedule planning, coaching of team members. You will also have contact with our external partners such as associations and property owners.

We are looking for someone who is confident in their leadership role, creative and attentive with the ability to work systematically. You are accustomed to a fast pace while maintaining accuracy. Furthermore, we believe that you are service-oriented and have a great interest in working with people. You have a business-minded approach, good organizational skills, high teamwork ability, and approach tasks with great commitment, being a good role model for our employees.

Prerequisites

• Previous experience in similar leadership roles with personnel responsibility.
• Driver's license (B).

Merits

• Work experience in similar roles or in construction, electrical, or plumbing.
• Good language skills in English.

The position is a permanent employment with entry by agreement. We apply a probationary period for the first 6 months.

Location: Åre
