Your role with us

Currently, the construction of a biogas facility is underway in connection with the Gräfsåsen waste facility, with an estimated start of operations in March 2025. We are now looking for two solution-oriented operations technicians for the facility. We are looking for someone who wants to work with daily operations technician tasks and who wants to take responsibility for the process facility, upgrading and liquefaction facility, as well as boilers. Daily operations include monitoring, alarm monitoring, handling raw materials and products, preventive maintenance, ensuring production plans are followed, and performing repairs of equipment and technical systems. You will be involved from the start and have the opportunity to shape the role for your work.

Qualifications

• We are looking for someone with an operations technician education or equivalent competence.
• Basic technical interest
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English.
• Driver's license B.
• Experience in the operation of facilities for biological treatment or process industry is an advantage.
• Experience in the operation of boiler facilities or maintenance is an advantage.
• Forklift license A, B, and C is an advantage.

About Biogas in Jämtland-Härjedalen AB

BiogasJH is currently building a brand new facility to produce biogas and biogas fertilizer from, among other things, food waste and manure. Through our biogas facility, we create a local cycle, where food waste from individual households and substrates from, for example, dairies and agriculture in Jämtland Härjedalen can provide the region with both fuel and biogas fertilizer. The biogas that the company will produce will be delivered in liquid form and prioritized for customers in the region.
