Take leadership to the next level – become Group Manager for RX at Apotea Lidingö Do you want to lead an engaged team that makes a difference in people's health every day? At Apotea's RX department, we handle prescription medications with quality, care, and efficiency. We are now looking for a driven and confident group manager who wants to be a key player in our important mission. As Group Manager RX Lidingö at Apotea As Group Manager, you are responsible for the daily operations of the RX department – from ensuring staffing and deadlines to coaching and motivating a team of about 25 employees. You have a clear goal in sight: that together we will deliver prescription medications quickly, safely, and with high quality.

You work closely with other group managers and colleagues to continuously develop our workflows and find smarter, more efficient ways to work. The role also involves personnel responsibility, including scheduling, follow-up, recruitment, and development conversations. Location: Lidingö, no hybrid work offered Employment type: Permanent full-time position, with a 6-month probationary period Working hours: We are open Mondays 6-17 and 7-17 Tuesday-Friday. Working hours are primarily during the day, but evening and weekend work may occur Reports to: Operations Manager Start: As soon as possible by agreement Your mission as Group Manager at Apotea RX As Group Manager, you are the engine of daily operations – a present leader who supports, develops, and drives the team forward. Your focus is on achieving good results through confident employees, smart processes, and an efficient flow. You will, among other things:

  • Lead and coach your team in daily operations – always with the customer in focus
  • Ensure that deadlines are met and that we achieve set goals and KPIs
  • Follow up on performance, provide regular feedback, and motivate development
  • Collaborate with colleagues both within the RX department and in the rest of the organization
  • Drive change initiatives that streamline our processes and improve workflows
  • Take responsibility for the work environment in your team and actively work with systematic work environment management (SAM)

We believe you have

  • A pharmaceutical education as a foundation
  • At least three years of experience as a leader with personnel responsibility
  • Experience from pharmacy operations or similar environments where high pace, quality, and structure are important
  • A coaching leadership style that helps others grow and thrive
  • The ability to see both details and the big picture, and to prioritize in a changing everyday life
  • A solution-oriented approach and good communication skills
  • A humble attitude, positive energy, and a strong sense of service
