Working as an Operating Room Nurse with Us:

Do you want to work extra as an operating room nurse and join our resource bank? We receive requests from clients who need help on short notice for a few days, are you the one we are looking for? This is a role for you who want, can, and have the opportunity to work a few hours and sometimes even on short notice. A great opportunity for you to try working with us and with some of our clients. You naturally choose when and where you want to work. You need to be confident in your professional role and have extensive experience working as an operating room nurse.

About You:

The work as a specialist nurse in the operating room is qualified, and we therefore want you to have at least 5 years of experience in your specialty. We believe that this is necessary to be sufficiently confident in your professional role, and it aligns well with the company's role as specialists in the industry. We would like you to have experience from several different departments. You should also be interested in professional development and taking a step forward in your career. We value participation in courses and training. Those of us working at Operationskonsulterna have an average of about 19 years of specialist experience, and we set the highest competence requirements in the staffing industry. This means that you as an Operations Consultant often belong to those at the workplace with the most experience, and as such, we expect you to find it natural to share your knowledge and experiences with newer colleagues.
