In Skövde, there is also an authorized service workshop for Lexus.

Do you want to help drive an exciting business from the ground up? We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Tire Manager for our tire hotel in Jönköping. About the position

As a Tire Manager, you will have a varied job where you lead the daily operations at our tire hotel. You will be responsible for optimizing inventory management, coordinating tire changes, and ensuring that customers' vehicles are in safe hands. Together with your team, you will focus on the customer's needs and create a professional and welcoming environment.

Main responsibilities:

- Responsible for the operation of the tire hotel, including inventory management and logistics. - Planning and executing tire changes according to seasonal schedules. - Building and maintaining customer relationships through high service and quality. - Leading and coaching staff during peak and off-peak seasons. - Ensuring that the work environment and routines comply with applicable regulations and standards. - Actively working to develop and streamline operations.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with experience in similar roles within the tire or automotive industry. You are a responsible and organized person who is passionate about customer service and leadership. You have an eye for detail and the ability to plan and organize work effectively.

We would like you to have:

- Previous experience in inventory or tire management. - Good technical understanding and experience working with vehicles. - Experience in personnel management or team responsibility is an advantage. - Ability to handle a high work pace during peak seasons. - A valid driver's license (other license classes are a plus). - Fluent Swedish in both spoken and written form.
