Job Description

Are you a handy, positive, and solution-oriented person? Do you have previous experience working as a janitor or property manager and are looking for a role where you can utilize your practical and communicative skills? We are looking for someone who describes themselves as proactive and driven, and who enjoys that no two days are the same. The role involves working at various workplaces in Stockholm, but you will be part of a larger team that handles the same tasks.

Scope: Full-time Monday to Friday with working hours from 08:00 to 16:20. Immediate start and initially 6 months with the possibility of extension.

Responsibilities

• Office service/internal service work
• Collecting and distributing mail as well as unpacking materials and shipments
• Receiving and delivering goods and packages
• Assisting with moving and furnishing
• Preparing premises and equipment for conferences and meetings
• Responsible for service, e.g., photocopiers
• Managing printing and mass mailings of printed materials
• Conducting troubleshooting of the property, e.g., fire equipment, locking systems, etc.
• Reporting and following up on issues together with property owners/property managers

Qualifications

• At least three (3) years of work experience as a janitor
• Class B driver's license, manual
• Knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
• Knowledge of case management systems
• Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
