About the role

We are looking for a service technician who will work with the installation, service, and maintenance of our customers' technical solutions. For the right person, there is also the opportunity to take on a leading role as an assembly leader, where you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and leading the work team on site.

You will be a key person in our projects – both in ensuring high technical quality and in creating good collaboration within the team and with our customers.

You will be part of a team that maintains, optimizes, improves, or rebuilds production facilities within the manufacturing industry.

Your mission will include being a problem solver and helping our customers in the Mälardalen and Greater Stockholm area to resolve urgent technical issues and create long-term profitability. The work is based in our workshop in Bålsta.

Your tasks may include:

• Installation, repair, service, and troubleshooting at customer sites
• Leading and distributing work for the assembly team during larger assignments
• Coordination with project management and other stakeholders
• Ensuring that the work follows the schedule and quality requirements
• Actively contributing to continuous improvements in work methods and solutions

Requirements

• Experience in repairs and maintenance within the industry
• Welding training or proven knowledge in welding
• Ability to read and understand drawings and manufacture according to drawings
• Hot work certification
• Driver's license
• Swedish language skills in speech and writing
• Forklift license
• Lift license

Meritorious

• Rope access
• High school education in maintenance technology
• Experience in leading work teams

2CON Sweden AB was founded in 1989 by Jarmo Leskelä and Esa Sorvisto, with a vision to deliver high-quality technical solutions and services to the industry.
